Private Sale. Listed in m3forum. This one very tempting... I like Jet Black and this one even comes with nice Dakota Cinnamon leather. 75k mileage is good, as well as 2005 MY car. DISLIKE: No heated seats nor Naviation. Rear accident (Seller claims bumper only. Also he can provide all the pictures and documents of the repair job) Car is located in Houston, TX. Just coming up to 75,000 miles. 

I bought it Certified pre owned in 2008. Inspection I performed on time. 

Regular oil changes by local specialist. 

Inspection II performed at 70k in October 2011. With valve adjustment and Vanos filter changed. 

New brake pads and drilled rotors all four corners October 2011. 

Oil change and ignition coils January 2012.

All maintenance performed by BMW dealer and specialist. No DIY. All records available.

Drives well, pulls hard, looks good. I spend a lot of time detailing it.

NO SMOKING, NEVER TRACKED, NEVER USED IN AUTOCROSS, ALWAYS PREMIUM GAS, REGULAR OIL CHANGES BETWEEN OBC INTERVALS.

The bodywork is very good to excellent, a few small stone chips but overall I rate it as excellent for the year and mileage. I regularly wax and seal it - it has a great, deep shine to it, and it is garage kept every night and generally parked underground during the day. It has a professional tint. 

It has the premium OEM 19" wheels, which unfortunately have a couple of very small parking scuffs, they are just from my wife getting to know curbstones, rather than any real damage from hitting anything. It will need new rear tires.

Sadly we were rear ended at very low speed last summer by a hit and run driver on the freeway in stop and go traffic. The damage was cosmetic to the bumper only and it was repaired and repainted through the insurance company. Full warranty on the work by a reputable body shop chosen by me. So it does have an entry on it's CARFAX which is a shame, the only entry.... 

The interior is generally very good to excellent. I use a good conditioner on the leather and it has never been smoked in.
